While going to see movies at your local cinema is still a no-go, you can now get in your car and head to the movies outdoors with popcorn in hand.
You read that correctly.
A few drive-in theatres in the GTA officially open tomorrow.
Some of the movies include E.T., The Invisible Man, and Troll World Tour.

Over the weekend, the Ontario government amended an emergency order to allow drive-in movie theatres that were in existence before May 29, 2020, to reopen.
There will still be restrictions in place, but the amendment aims to “help support communities and local businesses recover from the devastating economic impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak.”
Monte McNaughton, Minister of Labour for Training & Skills Development, said as of May 31 movie theatres can reopen following health and safety requirements.
