Besides the TTC being free on New Year’s Eve, Metrolinx also has GO Transit and the UP Express offering free rides on the popular party night.

Both GO and UP will be operating on a Sunday schedule, but will have late-night service and free rides after 7 pm.

So along with the TTC, there will be more options than the surging Uber rides after the fireworks display downtown Toronto.

In case you’re still on the fence about what to do, there are a ton of events going on around the city.
