Mother’s Day - Intro to Cake Decorating - May 11 and May 12

This 2-hour session is all about cake decorating! Guided by one of Le Dolci’s talented chefs, participants learn the basics of masking and piping to transform a pre-baked cake into a masterpiece.

Includes a glass of sparkling wine.

Mother's Day - Doughnut Class - May 12

This 2-hour session dives into the fundamentals of crafting irresistible brioche doughnuts. The dough is pre-made so participants can get straight into the fun part – rolling, cutting, and frying! Under the guidance of Le Dolci’s expert instructors, learn the essential techniques for creating perfect doughnuts from start to finish - from rolling out the dough to precisely cutting out the classic ring shapes. Guests will also get to decorate their sweet creations with a variety of delicious toppings and glazes.

Mother's Day- Cinnamon Buns - May 12

A 2-hour session that explores the world of making ooey-gooey cinnamon buns, made from a heavenly light and fluffy brioche dough. Le Dolci’s experienced Pastry Chefs will share the ins and outs of crafting delectable Cinnamon Buns, from mixing the dough to shaping and making icing. Plus guests will learn tips on how to customize cinnamon buns with their favorite flavors for the future.

Take home 12 cinnamon buns ready to pop in the oven at home to enjoy later, and a piping bag filled with cream cheese topping


Mother's Day- Sweet Scone Class - May 11 and May 12

This 1-hour session teaches the secrets to creating perfect scones. Under the guidance of Le Dolci’s experienced Pastry Chef, guests will be led through the recipe and method to ensure that they can recreate these delectable treats at home whenever the craving strikes. Participants will get to unleash their creativity by choosing from a variety of mix-ins to customize their scones. The possibilities are endless!
