You can attend a FREE family-friendly yoga class downtown on May 15

If you’re seeking a chill way to celebrate the International Day of Families on May 15, look no further!
Because YYOGA is offering free, family-friendly yoga classes at their Queen Street West studio.

Hatha classes will be running from 4 pm to 5 pm and from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm.
Anyone is welcome and bringing family members along is encouraged, whether they’re a member of the studio or not.
The minimum age for attending a YYOGA class in studio is 10, and that guest must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The minimum age without parent/guardian is 15, and a parent or guardian will be required to complete a waiver.
Also on that day, YYOGA will be hosting private classes for local shelters throughout Toronto to encourage their communities and families to spend quality and mindful time together.
