“We are pleased to offer Toronto one of its beloved Michelin-inspired dining experiences, Casa Don Alfonso, in its pop-up location at Casa Loma,” said Nick Di Donato, CEO, Liberty Entertainment Group.

“It was lauded both for the food and for the beautiful and refined elegance of the Conservatory when first opened, so we’re thrilled to be able to offer the unparalleled dining experience to our guests, once again.”

Almost a year ago, the internationally acclaimed restaurant closed its doors for good at its Financial District location before opening as a pop-up at Casa Loma.

The location features furniture imported directly from Italy and a gorgeous floral backdrop providing an elegant and refined dining experience.

“We look forward to welcoming back loyal patrons and guests to our Don Alfonso installation at Casa Loma and promise it will be just as memorable and spectacular as our original experience,” Di Donato added.

“We still believe strongly that Canada’s culinary scene warrants a destination as unique as Don Alfonso 1890 and are thrilled to be able to re-introduce it at this time.”

The restaurant will be open Wednesday to Sunday for its 5 pm dinner service. Reservations may be now made online on its website.
