FEATURED ON THE LISTED GUIDE
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Toronto.
One of the city’s favourite annual holiday traditions, the Toronto Christmas Market, officially opened for the year last night. And on Thursday evening, the official tree unveiling and lighting ceremony of the CF Eaton Centre’s epic Christmas tree took place in front of thousands of people who marvelled at the spectacle.
This season, the Eaton Centre will be home to Canada’s largest Christmas tree, which proudly stands 100 feet in the air, covering three levels of Toronto’s downtown mall. The tree is so large you can see its lights twinkle from the opposite side of the mall.
