Toronto is getting a summery Pizza in the Park event on July 4

Pack your picnic blanket and your appetite.

Because Christie Pits Park is firing up the wood-burning stove for the return of Pizza in the Park on Thursday, July 4.

The community pizza night promises Neapolitan pizzas from Pizzeria Libretto, veggie dishes from Banjara Indian Cuisine, Greek pastries from Filosophy Espresso Bar, Syrian treats from Newcomer Kitchen, and refreshments from Angie’s Juicery.

Plus, enjoy live jazz, free BBQ corn, giant board games, and more! Proceeds go towards the David Suzuki Foundation’s “The Butterflyway Project”, to help local greening projects.
