Casa Loma is opening a new high-end restaurant this summer
There’s soon to be a stately new dining option inside Toronto’s reigning only castle.
Blue Blood Steakhouse is the newest endeavor from the Liberty Entertainment Group (let’s go with LEG for short), the well-established operators who had the good sense to turn the Toronto landmark into a haunted house over Halloween and then light it up like it’s the Magic Kingdom over Christmas, followed by a little Beauty and the Beast fun.
LEG obviously “gets” castles. The recent programming has been spot on. 👏
And now this:
The steakhouse, slated to open this summer, will occupy the western section of the first floor encompassing the Oak Room, Billiard Room, and Smoking Lounge.
While there’s no chef attached to the project just yet, the whole premise is premium quality steaks. Think, thick slabs of 40-day aged Tajima Wagyu from Australia.
Details are still scarce, but we’re already envisioning living out all our high-born fantasies with deep glasses of wine and a feast in a castle.
