Nobu announces first ever Canadian location to open in Toronto

Nobu is opening in Toronto.

The luxury hospitality brand, known for its celebrity following as much as its Japanese fusion cuisine and hotel offerings, is slated to go in on Mercer Street announced the Madison Group, Westdale Properties and Nobu Hospitality today.

Toronto-based Teeple Architects and interior design firm Studio Munge will oversee the architecture and interior design for Nobu Residences Toronto set to feature 700 condominium suites in two 49-storey towers rising from a podium complete with indoor and outdoor amenities including a “ground floor commercial retail, flexible private social function and meeting space, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and ‘Zen Garden’ outdoor terrace”.

Joining Nobu Residences Toronto will be Nobu Restaurant Toronto that will feature a 15,000 square foot, two-level restaurant with a signature bar lounge, outdoor seating and chic private dining rooms.

Nobu Toronto will be the first Canadian location from the global hospitality group. Pre-construction sales of Nobu Residences Toronto will commence this summer.
