A few Venezuelan restaurants have managed to turn this street-style food into something more than just a quick bite.

The flat, dish-shaped corn patty is stuffed with all the goodies from plantain, cheese, beef, pork, and much, much more.

Queen Arepa Truck is a woman-owned and operated food truck that offers a gluten-free menu for pre-orders. According to their website, at the moment, they are currently running out of Toronto’s Bacan restaurant due to the pandemic.
