Here's how to get a free A&W root beer float next week
To celebrate National Root Beer Float Day on Aug. 6, A&W is giving away free floats at stores across Canada. But there are a few steps you’ll have to take to enjoy this deal.
First, the promotion is only available for A&W Rewards members exclusively through the A&W mobile app. To redeem your free float, you’ll need to download the A&W mobile app, create an account, and then check your “offers” section to redeem your float by either ordering ahead in the app or scanning in-restaurant. Additionally, a minimum $2 purchase before tax is required to redeem your free float.
This comes hot off the heels of A&W reintroducing the beloved summer treat to stores across Canada.
