Tim Hortons just added a new lineup of matcha drinks to its menu
If you’re looking to switch up your usual drink order, Tim Hortons has just added several new drinks worth checking out.
On Wednesday, Tim Hortons announced that it has launched a lineup of handcrafted iced and matcha beverages made with 100 per cent pure and authentic matcha.
The new lineup of matcha beverages includes:
- Vanilla Iced Matcha Latte with Cold Foam
- Original Iced Matcha Latte
- Unsweetened Iced Matcha Latte
- Hot Vanilla Matcha Latte
- Hot Matcha Latte

According to Tim Hortons, the drinks are made from high-quality green tea leaves that are ground into a fine powder to deliver a fresh signature matcha flavour and vibrant green hue. You’ll also have the option to customize your drink: sweetened or unsweetened, with vanilla flavour, and with cold foam.
Matcha beverages aren’t new at Timmies — they’ve appeared on menus at Tim Hortons “Urban Format” restaurants in Toronto and Montreal. However, you can now finally order them at participating restaurants nationwide.
The company has really been keeping its menu options fresh.
In June, it announced the return of the fan-favourite Crispy Chicken Sandwich, following the comeback of the Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which was removed from menus in 2024. In spring, the Canadian coffee chain introduced the Frozen Quenchers, a lineup of cold drinks, available in five flavours: Orange Tangerine, Blackberry Yuzu, Peach, Strawberry Watermelon, and Pineapple Dragon Fruit.
