Toronto is filled with incredible talent.
And when that talent comes through in the form of food, it becomes not only incredible but delicious.
From gingerbread houses made into realistic streetcars to iconic structures crafted out of (mostly) butter, there’s no limit to how creative the city’s food-loving artisans can get.

And beyond repping the local scene, Lott also gets inspired by seasonal changes, holidays, and the natural world, as well as catering to requests made by clients.

Described on her website as a “Toronto born and raised Baking Maven with a penchant for good cake, beautiful design, and a distinct dislike of fondant,” Lott calls for anyone who’s interested in her work to get in touch.
