Toronto is filled with incredible talent.

And when that talent comes through in the form of food, it becomes not only incredible but delicious.

From gingerbread houses made into realistic streetcars to iconic structures crafted out of (mostly) butter, there’s no limit to how creative the city’s food-loving artisans can get.

One Toronto-based baker, Arlene Lott, is taking the cake when it comes to local pie-scene.

Sharing her work on Instagram, the creative has crafted baked goods that resemble everything Toronto from Drake to Kawhi to the city’s skyline.

And beyond repping the local scene, Lott also gets inspired by seasonal changes, holidays, and the natural world, as well as catering to requests made by clients.

Lott’s Instagram account features mostly pies and tarts, but shows the odd display of an incredible cake, too.

Described on her website as a “Toronto born and raised Baking Maven with a penchant for good cake, beautiful design, and a distinct dislike of fondant,” Lott calls for anyone who’s interested in her work to get in touch.
