It’s the holidays, which means shopping season in Toronto!
And to keep things on budget outlet stores often carry luxury brands for far cheaper than usual.
On Thursday, Toronto Premium Outlets announced the line up of its 140,000 square-foot expansion that just opened.
The joint venture between Simon and SmartCentres boasts over 500,000 square feet of retail space with more than 130 designer outlets.
As part of its expansion the space now houses popular Canadian retailer Aritzia, which has launched its first outlet in North America, according to Toronto Premium Outlets.
Aritzia’s current portfolio has 17 brands, that includes TNA, Talula, Babaton, Wilfred, Wilfred Free, Community, Sunday Best, Paradise Mind and The Castings. The brand has over 60 boutiques located in select cities across North America, including Vancouver, San Francisco, Toronto, Chicago and New York.
Also new this year are Gucci, Montblanc, Prada and Zadig et Voltaire. The expansion will add over 40 new stores, with the majority opening today for the official launch and more coming before the end of 2018.
“We’re thrilled to offer our customers even more amazing retail options with this new expansion,” says Helena Moniz, General Manager, Toronto Premium Outlets.
The Centre’s five-storey parking garage features heated ramps and an innovative system displaying the number and location of available spaces on each level.
“We’re always looking to elevate the luxury shopping experience we provide,” said Moniz. “And with the addition of many new modern amenities that are designed to help make the shopping experience easy, we believe Toronto Premium Outlets delivers the total package.”
The new Aritzia outlet is located at Highway 401 and Trafalgar Rd, in Halton Hills.
