Yorkdale will have a parking concierge this holiday shopping season

When it comes to holiday shopping, we can all agree that there’s nothing worse than dealing with mall parking.

And after learning that its customers would much rather receive personalized support around parking, Yorkdale Shopping Centre is preparing to introduce its new Parking Concierge service that will start November 20.

That’s right, there will finally be someone to help you find the perfect spot at Yorkdale over the holiday season. Now all you have to do is survive the crowded mall.

The new service will include a Parking Support Line that shoppers can call (416-256-PARK (7275) to reach a Parking Concierge that will then direct them to a parking area with the most availability. The new concierge service can also be messaged through Yorkdale’s website for more personal support prior to arrival.

The mall will also be offering holiday shoppers Virtual Parking Support that can be accessed when shoppers search the Parking page on Yorkdale.com (located in the top left portion of the screen) to see where the greatest parking availability is prior to or upon their arrival.

Over the holiday season, there will be three parking valets available, with a new one located near The Cheesecake Factory also starting on November 20. Other valet locations can be found at the southern Yorkdale Road near Holt Renfrew and at Nordstrom’s underground parking lot.

Finally, for those who plan to arrive at the mall in an Uber, there will now be designated pick-up and drop off bays for ridesharing cars to and from Yorkdale. The new bays will be located at Shoppers Drug Mart, Nordstrom, and Holt Renfrew entrances.
