
Provincial police are investigating after a shooting on Highway 401 in Pickering has left at least three people with gunshot wounds.
On Friday, December 20 at around 3:45 am, the OPP responded to a call for a shooting on Highway 401 near Whites Road in Pickering.
OPP said that when officers arrived, they found one vehicle with three people — two male victims and one female victim — who were all transported to hospital with varying injuries.
According to police, one victim was suffering from serious injuries, while the other two only sustained minor injuries.

The OPP said the express-to-collectors transfer east of Whites Road also remains closed for the investigation.
