Here are 10 property listings currently for sale in Toronto for under $300K

While it might feel like real estate listings in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will literally cost you an arm and a leg… and perhaps a kidney, there are still plenty of affordable listings available—you just need to know where to look.

Home buyers need not worry, because there are plenty of listings available throughout the GTA that are well below the average, which is currently $588,168 for condos and apartments and $820,148 for homes.

According to brokerage Zoocasa, there are 10 listings for under $300,000 currently for sale in Toronto.

And while these listings might not be available in the heart of downtown, many of them come with multiple bedrooms or spacious balconies, catering to every buyers’ needs.
