Their menu currently has eleven “greatest hits” cocktails, including the Lono’s Flamingo which requires a minimum of four people to order — the drink contains Absolut Elyx, house rum blend, Campari, lime, pineapple gum syrup, Velvut falernum, allspice dram, tiki bitters, and prosecco.
