What to eat in and around Seattle today: The Nest

Aug 4 2020, 8:32 pm

Treat yourself to cocktails with a view of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountain Range at The Nest at Thompson Seattle.

The stylish rooftop lounge has recently reopened and is currently welcoming groups of up to five people.

All drinks and dishes on the menu use only the best seasonal produce that “highlights the ever-evolving Pacific Northwest landscape.”

Start your cocktail hour off with one of The Nest’s signature cocktails. Their menu currently has eleven “greatest hits” cocktails, including the Lono’s Flamingo which requires a minimum of four people to order — the drink contains Absolut Elyx, house rum blend, Campari, lime, pineapple gum syrup, Velvut falernum, allspice dram, tiki bitters, and prosecco.

Plus, with each order of the Pea Diddy, a pea flower-infused Ketel One vodka with Giffard passionfruit, lemon, and tiki bitters, you’ll automatically donate a dollar to the Pike Place Market Foundation.
