What to eat in and around Seattle today: Fogrose Atelier

Jul 30 2020, 9:58 pm

Fogrose Atelier has some of the prettiest cakes you’ve ever seen.

The atelier aims to offer “beautiful and delicious culinary creations to inspire curiosity and ignite wonder at the conjunction points of urban life.”

Their philosophy is to follow your bliss, which we’re interpreting as following your sweet tooth to the confectionary haven.

Fogrose Atelier is known for three things: their cakes, their cupcakes, and their ice cream.

The spot was the first dessert-forward restaurant in Bellevue to offer liquid nitrogen ice cream and has since been known for continuing to push the envelope.

On Instagram, one of their fan-favorites is the succulent cupcake which comes in chocolate, vanilla, lemon, and Vietnamese coffee flavors. They’re available in singles, in a box of four, and a box of twelve. The same cupcake flavors are also available in a unicorn form, as well as white rose design.
