Celebrate New Year's Eve with dinner and a stay in one of Seattle's favorite hotels

Dinner includes a “camp” caviar egg salad with brined ikura salmon roe, egg salad, and Ritz crackers, a Boeuf Bourguignon fancy hand-pie, and a “champagne toast” with marinated mushrooms, ricotta, fried shallots, vin cotto, basil, and sourdough, and more. Mountaineering Club is also offering bottled classic cocktails for two for an additional $20.
