The best spots to get New Year's Eve dinner to-go in Seattle

Dec 29 2020, 6:30 pm

As much as it sucks that wild New Year’s Eve parties are out of the question this year, we can’t help but feel a little delighted that staying home in sweats, sipping bubbles, and nibbling on cheese is our top option when it comes to activities on the evening of December 31.

Just because we’re not hitting the town doesn’t mean we can’t make things feel special and ring in 2021 in a seriously drool-worthy way, and these food purveyors are going to help us do that.

From spectacular charcuterie spreads to assorted finger foods to die for, here’s where to find the best New Year’s Eve dinners to-go in Seattle.

Metropolitan Grill

The renowned Seattle steakhouse is serving up holiday kits that serve two or four people and include one main, sides, dessert, and simple heating instructions. Those hoping to feed two people can pick between a seasoned chateaubriand served with cliff sauce ($175) or a lamb with merlot demi-glaze ($135). If you’re trying to feed four or have leftovers for lunch, opt for the prime rib with au jus, horseradish, and E3 seasoning ($175), or kurobuta ham with citrus-honey ginger glaze ($115). Orders are available for pickup or delivery on December 22 to 24, and 30 to 31. They can be purchased online now.
