With so many great spots for Korean shaved ice in Seattle, you may be wondering why there’s so much hype about Milkie Milkie, which opened on Monday 9.

For starters, the dessert cafe serves up so much more than just bingsoo; they also cook up crispy toasts, soft rice cakes, stuffed waffles, and beverages.

With an already-booming Edmonds location, people are most excited that the wonderful desserts of Milkie Milkie are now easier than ever to access, located in the Seattle Chinatown-International District.

You’re going to be stuck picking between ten mouth-watering, fully loaded types of bingsoo, ranging from sweet to savory.

Our favorites include the Black Sesame Bingsoo, Oreo Bingsoo, Lava Bingsoo, Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo, and the Classic Mango Bingsoo.

Milkie Milkie also brings Korean street food to Seattle, offering up sodduk-sodduk grilled pork sausage and rice cake skewers with homemade chilli sauce, Korean egg cake, spicy takoyaki, and bungeoppang, fish-shaped bread with red bean filling.

If all the other food wasn’t enough for you, give their sweet toasts and waffles a try. They’re also loaded with toppings and flavors!
