When you mix Hawaiian island flavors with western donuts, you get malasadas from The Donut Lab. Although the Lab doesn’t yet have an official brick and mortar location, you can order your doughnuts online and receive them in around two days.

Don’t bother coming to this spot if you’re not in it for their cookie dough-nut — a perfectly sweet and soft doughnut filled with safe-to-eat cookie dough from Sugar and Spoon. But, with flavors like ube and chocolate peppermint, we’ll forgive you if you pick one of their other donuts.

Family-run King Donuts isn’t known for gourmet-looking doughnuts, nor are they known for being fancy. King Donuts is the perfect spot for those looking for a simple, no-frills, delicious bite of fried dough.

P.S. they are also a laundromat that serves teriyaki and Thai food.
