What to eat in and around Seattle today: Humble Pie

Mar 31 2021, 7:56 pm

Grab a slice of wood-fired pizza from Humble Pie.

Each round is made from organic ingredients, many of which are grown on-site. When you dine-in, you may even be able to say hi to their chickens.

Since opening in 2013, Humble Pie has been celebrating the planet, people, and pizza, with a recycled building, a zero-waste policy, and 100% organic fresh produce.

We love the apple bacon pie from Humble Pie. With Washington apples, local bacon and Beecher’s cheese, you’ll have a full PNW meal in front of you that’s both refreshing and satisfying.

The whole hog pizza is their most popular, with house-smoked pork, prosciutto, and bacon.

Also worth a try is their roasted garlic pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, roasted garlic, crimini mushroom, and gorgonzola. In addition to their regular menu, Humble Pie also offers specials that don’t stick around for long.

You can also add a fried egg, arugula, apple-smoked bacon, Uli’s chicken sausage, and a vegetarian sausage for $2 more.
