Enjoy a handheld brunch at the Hi Helen pop-up in SODO, Seattle.
The pop-up serves breakfast sandwiches that are always in high demand. They’re so in demand that ordering opens on Wednesdays at noon for Friday and Saturday pick-ups.

Hi Helen was born from nostalgia. Each egg and cheese sandwich is inspired by the East Coast with its squishy buns, gooey cheese, and chipotle mayo.

The pop-up only serves one type of sandwich, egg and cheese on a house-made poppy seed bun with chipotle aioli. An option to add bacon, sausage, pork roll, or kale is also available.
