Seahawks' stadium turned into pop-up blood drive site
As hospitals begin to resume elective services and procedures, they are noticing a shortage of blood donations.
To help increase the number of blood donors in Washington, a pop-up test site run by Bloodworks Northwest and the Seahawks has opened up at CenturyLink Field.
According to a news release, “a one-hour appointment is all you need to help support local hospitals and patients and aid in sustaining community healthcare.”
As an incentive to donate, those who sign up and donate blood will be entered to win a Seahawks Swag Bag which contains a full-size authentic Seahawks helmet autographed by Tyler Lockett and one authentic 12 Flag autographed by Bobby Wagner.
