No Seahawks game is complete without the energy and excitement of the legendary Seahawks Dancers.
Formerly called the Sea Girls, the cheerleading team began accepting men for the first time last year during the 2019 season.
Now the team will once again be doing something new: taking their auditions online.

Those aged 18 and up who have rhythm, confidence, and stage presence can upload a one-minute improv or freestyle dance to a song of their choice through Vimeo, YouTube, Dropbox, or iCloud.

Candidates will be required to attend all dance rehearsals for the entire season, and must submit their video dance by May 9 at 5 pm. Those selected will receive an email detailing the next steps on or before May 13.

Dancers who make it to the semi-finals will receive an email on or before May 13, requiring them to learn a choreographed NFL jazz/pom routine or NFL hip hop routine and upload it by May 16 at 5 pm.

Those who’ve made it through the semi-finals will receive an email on or before May 16 for a virtual interview with Seahawks Dancer Management.
The final round of auditions is tentatively scheduled to be in person, and candidates will perform a choreographed dance routine that integrates styles of jazz/pom and hip hop.
