Shuck and slurp Pacific Northwestern oysters in your own kitchen
In celebration of the peak of oyster season, also known as Oyster New Year, Elliott’s Oyster House is bringing the celebration to you.
The bar is offering take-home oyster shucking kits all month long for only $85.
The kits come with all you need to shuck, including a wood block and gloves, hand towel, oyster garnishes, and 24 oysters of two different kinds.

In addition to the oyster kits, Elliott’s Oyster House is also serving up take-home wine kits, and an oyster new year’s dinner on Friday, November 20th and Saturday, November 21st.
The multi-course dinner experience focuses on Oyster New Year favorites including alcoholic beverages and of course, oysters.

Each Oyster New Year brings awareness to the positive efforts of Puget Sound Restoration Fund (PSRF), a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring the Sound’s water quality and native marine species and their habitats.
Additionally, Elliott’s makes a separate donation each year to support PSRF, which totals more than $125,000 to date.
