BabyCenter’s top 100 girls and boys baby names for 2019 has been released, and it’s time to find out who made the list.

For girls, Sophia has remained in the top spot, for the tenth year in a row — talk about winning the decade.

Unlike the minimal changes in the girls’ top 100, the top names for baby boys has finally changed after six years, with Liam knocking Jackson off the top spot.

According to BabyCenter, John, Lucas, Benjamin, Alexander, and Logan, all have been dominating the top 10 for several years running.

Notable risers for both lists in 2019 included Arabic names, Muhammad and Aaliyah.

For the girls, Isla and Eleanor moved up a number of spots, while Layla and Emery were knocked off the chart completely.
