Pop the bubbles, watch the inaugural performances, and munch on food kits from Eden Hill while enjoying the commencement of the new four-year tenure of the president of the United States.
To celebrate the event, chefs at Eden Hill have cooked up special brunch boxes and tasting menus.

Eden Hill Provisions is offering a $50 brunch kit for two with a build-your-own-breakfast sandwich option. Enjoy sides of crispy kennebec potatoes with peppers, onions, and hot sauce, as well as french toast bread pudding with huckleberry jam and cream cheese glaze.
The brunch boxes can be ordered online and are available for pick-up on January 19 between 12 and 4 pm.
Eden Hill Restaurant is serving up a tasting menu of a country loaf with whipped butter, smoked salmon frittata with creme fraiche, frisee fennel salad, tabasco, and caviar, as well as a chicken roulade with apricot glaze and almond rice pilaf, and a salisbury steak au poivre. For dessert, enjoy a tarte à la bouillie with caramel apples.
The tasting menu is $75 per person and available for ordering online. Pick-up is available on January 20.
