Inspired by their travels to Alaska, Logan Cox and Sara Knowles returned to Seattle and opened Restaurant Homer, a spot serving Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine, influenced by the ingredients of the Pacific Northwest.
All of their dishes are prepared over a wood fire and created with the intention of sharing.
The restaurant is currently open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and will remain closed over the Fourth of July weekend from July 4 to 6.

Then, pick a salad. We recommend the crispy duck lettuce wraps, or roasted and raw asparagus salad.

Next, pick a main or two to share. The lamb ribs with pistachio, pear, cumin, and mint are delectable, while the basmati rice bowl is a perfect option for vegetarians.

Finally, end your meal with a dessert. Pick between a chocolate chip and date cookie, dark chocolate cremeux, or chamomile or vegan salted caramel soft-serve ice cream.
