What to eat in and around Seattle today: Reckless Noodles

Oct 9 2020, 6:42 pm

Tucked away in the Central District between International and Leschi Neighborhoods is Reckless Noodles, which will transport you straight onto the Vietnamese streets.

The restaurant aims to be more than your typical Vietnamese spot, priding itself in creative cocktails, cuisine, and exceptional service.

Reckless Noodles has just launched new kitchen hours as well as a whole new drink menu for you to check out.

Reckless Noodles has a whole array of tasty cocktails that pair perfectly with their dishes. We suggest The Devil Wears Three, with Westland Peated Single Malt, Del Principe Amontillado dry sherry, orgeat, Angostura bitters, and lemon, or the Oh God Yes with Peloton De Muerte mezcal, Taylor’s Velvet Falernum, Green Chartreuse, Peychaud’s bitters, and lime.

For dinner, start with the steamed eggplant and coconut cream, caramelized pork fresh roll, roast duck crispy roll, papaya salad, or lemongrass larb with squid.

For a main, pick between the braised beef cheek noodle, five-spice duck soup, curry vermicelli bowl, wok-seared turmeric rockfish, or tamarind seafood udon.
