When you first walk in, you’ll meet taxidermized zebra, bear and elk heads above a blue and pink bar stocked with bottles of luxe alcohols. As you walk further into the bar, you’ll immediately spot the pinball arcade and photo booth. The bar features weekly Mimosas Cabaret, Gayme Night, live shows, karaoke, trivia and more.

The Grizzled Wizard

Expect 80’s arcade games, red lighting, and movies playing behind the bar at The Grizzled Wizard. The hole in the wall bar features great nachos and even better bar staff. Although the place is cash-only, they make up for it by having an ATM machine and tasty cocktails worth the trouble.

With the slogan “a nice place for nice people,” you can’t expect anything other than southern hospitality at this Western-themed bar. Linda’s Tavern serves drinks as well as surprisingly good food. Not your average bar food, the tavern serves up seven types of burgers, as well as sandwiches, appetizers, and salads. This place is also believed to be the last place that Kurt Cobain was seen alive.

In a former boiler room at the back of a building that was once an old brick hotel lies Bathtub Gin & Co, an intimate cocktail bar between first and second avenue in Belltown. The speakeasy features liquors from around the world, as well as cozy couches complete with a library backdrop. Although an easy to miss spot, the bar is well worth the hunt.
