The holiday season just got a whole lot more exciting.
The beloved Salt & Straw Ice Cream just released its holiday collection of ice cream flavors, and it’s pretty dreamy.

The holiday ice cream selection will be available at various Portland-area scoop shops, as well as online, from November 29 until December 26.
Here are the amazing flavors you can indulge in:
Peppermint Bark Cocoa
A Williams-Sonoma’s signature treat with rich cocoa ice cream cooled with a dash of peppermint oil, with handfuls of bark made with minty dark chocolate, creamy white chocolate, and crisp peppermint candy bits. You can’t go wrong with this one.
Apple Brandy & Pecan Pie
Vanilla custard ice cream spiked with Clear Creek apple brandy, mixed with homemade pecan pie filling and nutty toffee. Yum!
Gingerbread Cookie Dough
Gingerbread cookies are made into cookie batter which is then swirled into a rum royal icing ice cream, to which more gingerbread cookies are added. We’re drooling already.
Cinnamon Chai Spiced Eggnog (vegan)
Don’t underestimate this dairy-free, egg-free nog that’s laced with Chai spices. Rum, coconut cream and sugar complete this ice cream to make it positive dreamy.
