With the stoppage of the ’19-’20 season, and potentially a lengthy wait for its return, we have turned to social media to stay in contact with a lot of our favorite celebrities.

The Portland Trail Blazers, as an organization, hasn’t been quiet since the start of Oregon’s lockdown. From their Coronavirus Relief Fund, to a large fund set up to help arena workers and more, the Blazers are doing their part to help support Portland through this tough time.

On social, the Trail Blazers have been traveling through time, sharing clips from classic games. Next up for the team is a bracketed fan-voted tournament that will decide who the greatest Blazer of all time will be.

For those of us who are starting to go stir-crazy over a vibrant lack of basketball, we’ve got the next best thing. You can stay connected to your favorite Trail Blazers, with the help of livestreams, social media updates, and more.

Damian Lillard (aka the Dame) has been streaming regularly from his home on his Instagram account while in quarantine. Streams include sit-down chats with fans, goofy games played with his kids, and updates on charitable acts.

On the flip-side, injured fan-favorite Jusuf Nurcik was set to return to the Trail Blazers lineup just prior to the NBA season postponement, so his social media has been pretty sentimental.

Nurcik was itching to get back on the floor, and instead has been sent into quarantine with the rest of the team — and the nation.

With one of his best seasons to date put on hold, fiery shooter CJ McCollum has been producing all sorts of content during this unprecedented break in league play.

Teaming up with ESPN analyst Jordan Schultz, the Pull-up Podcast interviews athletes, talks sports, and keeps many entertained in the wake of a complete sporting-world shutdown.
