You may think that ketchup, mustard, and relish are the three key toppings of a hot dog, but you’ll think otherwise after trying a Japanese hot dog from Kemuri.

The hot doggerie — yes, we’re coining that term — serves up charcoal-grilled weenies topped with quality ingredients.

The fruitwood charcoal grill produces smoky and delicious flavors, while the dogs themself focus on simplicity, clean flavors, and sustainable seasonal ingredients.

Kemuri is “revising how hotdogs are meant to be” and serve five delicious dogs:

The spicy kimchi

The spicy kimchi has kimchi, spicy mayo, cucumber, and green onion.

Katsuo

The Katsuo has Kizami nori, bonito flakes, green onion, and red pickled ginger.

Curry

The curry dog has curry mayo, tonkatsu sauce, fried garlic, frisee, and green onion.

Goma Negi

The Goma Negi has toasted sesame, wakame, red pickled ginger, and green onion.

Tantanmen Dog

The Tantanmen Dog has spicy ground pork, chile mayo, toasted sesame, and green onion.

Kemuri Japanese Hotdogs are available for delivery through GrubHub, Postmates, UberEats, and Doordash. Hotdogs are available for pickup through online ordering.
