Soar over Oregon at an amazing hot air balloon festival this summer

The Festival of Balloons, a hot air ballon festival, will take over Tigard this summer. This annual festival, which is in its 36th year, is a celebration of the community of Tigard, and while the main attractions are the gorgeous hot air balloons that take flight to festoon the sky over Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Wilsonville, Aurora, and Woodburn, the event has a variety of other exciting events to keep visitors entertained.

 The Festival is a perfect place for families and friends to gather, play, and relax.

Spend the afternoon shopping at the craft and vendor booths, eating great food from local food vendors, and enjoying thrilling carnival rides and games. You can also bring your own food to the festival, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Tickets go on sale the first week of June. A three-day weekend pass is available in advance online for $5 (or at the gate for $8). This ticket is good for unlimited access to the Festival for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Kids six and under have free admission to the festival.
