Portlandians gathered in masses again Tuesday night, and for the fifth time in a row, Portland streets saw demonstrators partaking in loud, unignorable protests.
Ensuring that their message was heard, the protesters shut down the Burnside Bridge as thousands upon thousands lay in the streets making it impossible for vehicles to pass.
