Cocktails and spring go hand in hand. And this summer, OMSI, the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, is bringing a Fizzyfest to Portlanders with an adults-only after dark event at the museum.
The event is for the 21 and over crowd only, and will allow attendees to sample an array of tasty hard seltzers and canned cocktails.

You can also have fun with the various exhibits at the museum; shoot off water rockets, concoct chemical creations, and explore the wonders of OMSI with no children in sight.

You can also enjoy a glass of wine while learning about robots, tornados, and fossils, or chat with a brewer about the science behind beer.
The event will feature local artisans who you can sample from, along with various science demonstrations to keep you entertained all evening.
