Kyay Oh is one of the most popular street food dishes in Burma, and according to the owners of Top Burmese, Kalvin Myint and Poe Myint, anyone who has lived in Burma wouldn’t miss listing Kyay Oh as one of their favorite comfort food dishes.

Kyay Oh, translated as ‘copper pot’, is a noodle dish that is usually served with pork and eggs. The dish is available both dry, and wet (with broth), with chicken and fish versions as well.
