5 Portland restaurants that will satisfy your pasta craving

There’s an old adage: “Friends who eat pasta together remain friends forever.” Something like that, anyway.

Whether it’s a bowl of butternut squash-stuffed tortellini or oodles of spaghetti bolognese, there’s something about a steaming bowl of pasta, in all its glorious shapes, forms, and sauces, that just does something to your soul.

The pasta here is always on point. Whether it’s rich Rigatoni Bolognese or creamy Linguine Squarciarella, Piazza Italia is one of the few spots in Portland that gets it right every single time.

This low-key and very cute Italian joint serves up some of the best pasta and antipasti in the city. Our personal favorite is their Agnolotti with butter and parmesan.
