A new sensory and musical based yoga style is on its way to Montreal.

Powered by wireless headphones, YogaTribes’ Sound Off will aim to focus on movement, music and a unique sensory experience while bringing zen to your body, mind and soul.

Each class will be led by different teachers from Montreal’s yoga community, each of whom will offer a varied music program to help you discover their style and training, specific to their personality.

The provided headphones will trigger guest’s other senses as it completely blocks out ambient sounds, channelling every yogi’s focus to the instructor’s music.

From October 2 to November 27, two sessions will be offered every Tuesday at the Espace LoV in downtown Montreal. One 45-minute class will be offered during lunch hours and another one-hour class will be taught immediately after regular working hours. (The night class will provide a complimentary cocktail).

According to their news release, Espace LoV’s natural and breezy decor will only add to YogaTribe’s bohemian atmosphere.

Guests from any (or no) yoga background are welcome to attaned.
