Quebec public health has announced 292 coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, the province’s fifth consecutive day of over 200 cases.
According to Santé Quebec, the province’s coronavirus death toll has increased 5,785 after announcing one COVID-19-related death in the past day and three attributed to Sunday.
There are now 65,554 cases in the province, 133 hospitalizations, and 23 patients in the ICU.

Currently, a reported 1,215,251 tests have turned up negative throughout Quebec, and over 58,000 cases have been resolved.
The new data had been reported by hospitals and public health officials as of Monday, September 14, at 6 pm.

Public health continues to advise people to frequently wash their hands, use alcohol-based sanitizers, wear face masks in public, and respect the maximum 10-person limit for indoor gatherings.
