Grab some buds and work out in the mud.

Mount Saint Bruno will be home to the muddiest obstacle course in all of Montreal.

Hosted by Crazy Canuck Events, the Mud Run Montreal on June 16 is an event where you can’t not get dirty.

The Mud Run is a 6 km primal course that features over 18 obstacles, a massive post-run after party, and a lot of mud.

The course runs throughout Mount Saint Bruno’s forested land, open plains, and hills. A variety of mud-based obstacles are set up along the way as participants are encouraged to get as dirty as they want as they hunt for the finish line.

The event also offers a 10 km Ultra Course for mud runners expecting a bigger (and equally dirty) challenge. The Ultra Course features a longer, more difficult track and over 25 obstacles throughout the race.

Both courses feature announcers and live music to keep your blood pumping and your adrenaline flowing.

There are two water stations situated throughout the site as well as awards handed out to the top and muddiest finishers and the highest fundraiser earners.

The event is summed up with the Mud Bash which included DJs, live bands, a cash bbq and sponsorship giveaways.

Prices range from $41 to $84 depending on when participants register and the path they chose to conquer.

The event occurs rain or shine and, obviously, the muddier the better.
