One year after thousands of people took to the streets of Montreal to support the huge Women’s March in Washington, DC, the resistance continues.

Another huge women’s march will take place in Montreal on Saturday, January 20.

“WE MARCH AGAIN ~ in solidarity with women and human rights groups from across the world we will be marching again to show that the progress made in 2017 was not enough. There is still so much work to do to protect and advance the rights of women, and the rights of all vulnerable citizens in our country,” said the event organizers on Facebook.

Women across the country will be marching in solidarity, too. Events are also planned in Toronto and Vancouver.

This is an inclusive, intersectional march and everyone who supports equal rights is welcome. The march is committed to intersectional feminism and inclusion.
