Montreal’s Top Employers list was released today.
The annual competition is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and recognizes the companies in the Greater Montreal area that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

Employers are evaluated by using the same criteria as Canada’s Top 100 Employers:
- Physical workplace
- Work and social atmosphere
- Health, financial and family benefits
- Vacation and time off
- Employee communications
- Performance management
- Training and skills development
- Community involvement
Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
Any employer with its head office or principal place of business located n Montreal are eligible for competition. Employers of any size, both in the private and public sector, can apply.
