The tastiest looking dishes from Montreal's poutine festival (PHOTOS)

Feb 5 2021, 5:32 pm

Throughout the first week of February, Canadian restaurants are observing this year’s La Poutine Week. Naturally, as the biggest city in Poutine Province, Montreal has high standards for its favourite greasy dish.

Chefs across the city have been meticulously crafting fanciful poutine recipes in view of this national celebration, with each creation as original and as delectable as the next.

If you didn’t think it was possible to make the basic gravy, fries, and cheese combo any more appetizing, think again.

Poutine enthusiasts in Montreal have taken to Instagram to show off their delicious greasy orders. They’ll have you running out the door for your own takeout box!

You might want to act fast, the 9th edition of La Poutine Week concludes on Sunday.
