Hosted by Gatorade Canada and The O Course, The Gatorade O Course 2016 Summer Series arrives in Montreal on August 13th.

Designed by U.S. Marine Drill Sergeant, Tony A., the Gatorade O Course is not your typical obstacle course. A mix of extreme obstacle course and bootcamp, this 2.5 hour course is guaranteed to whip you into shape.

Inspired by Tony A’s own training as a U.S. Marine, the Gatorade O Course will have Montrealers doing everything from modest crunches and laps to brick running and hurdle jumping. But hey, at least you can cool off with unlimited Gatorade!

For those a little worried about the intensity level, the event’s coordinators assure you “The O Course is designed for all different fitness levels and backgrounds. We have male and female participants that have a very wide range of physical abilities and strengths.”
