A 10-day cocktail festival is coming to Montreal next week
September is in full swing and after a few cocktails, you might be too.
The seventh edition of Invasion Cocktail is taking over Montreal for 10 days as of next week, as 40 bars from around the island (and two from the South Shore) will be making signature cocktails for Montrealers to knock back.
Because if 2020 has merited anything, it’s a few stiff drinks.

More than 250 cocktails will be crafted by some of the city’s greatest bartenders and mixologists in a festival that “allows cocktail lovers to discover new spirits, brands, and establishments,” says the Invasion Cocktail website. “The festival also aims to promote education to industry professionals by introducing Pro Days, a series of seminars hosted by the biggest names in international mixology.”

The festival is also hosting small in-person cocktail workshops for people who might want to up their drink-mixing skills. The fest will also deliver “Ready-to-Shake Kits” for hooch fans who want the drink but don’t want to be around people. The kits can be delivered right to your door with all the ingredients and instructions needed to make the perfect at-home drink.
The festival is also hosting four virtual mixologist workshops on September 10, 12, 17, and 19 for people who want to get their drink on from the comfort of their own home.
