A Quebec artist has created a gorgeous six-storey mural tribute to healthcare workers on the facade of the Jewish General Hospital.

It took artist Patrick Forchild weeks alongside the main entrance to the hospital, and he used an assortment of vibrant colours so the mural stands out to hospital goers and passersby.

Forchild tells Daily Hive the mural is a tribute to doctors, nurses, and everyone working on the front line throughout the pandemic.

The mural features a similar colour scheme from inside the hospital and a bit of some tricky visuals, which is what Forchild was going for.

The artist wants his piece to emote a conversation while giving thanks to everyone’s hard work during the pandemic.
